Hello, I am writing to inform you that there was no charge made to your card. Your booking status was updated as canceled, which prevented any charge from our side. When a booking is made on our site, it is placed in the ticketing queue for issuance. However, if there are many bookings in the queue, the price may increase before the ticket is issued. We confirm the updated price with the customer first. If the customer agrees to pay the updated fare, the tickets are issued. If the customer does not agree, the booking is canceled, and no charge is made to the customer’s card. In this case, I believe the reviews you saw online are not from our site. There is another site by the name of Flight Fare, and we are Flight Fare Hub. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. However, there was no charge made to your card.
