Team explained everything to me, and was honest regarding my previous few years taxes and what we could do better. I really like her recommendation and the patience she talks to me. I received my business and individual tax returns quickly and correctly. Absolutely recommended them to friends and will be back next year!

I am completely tax illiterate and so was slightly terrified of personal self-assessment and filing accounts for my new limited company. These people made it incredibly straightforward and put me at ease. Extremely friendly, patient, professional, and available on the phone if you are confused and need to talk to a real person. I am using them again next year, for sure.

I needed to file my S Corp election form which was past the 2-month incorporation date, which she helped to handle, file, and set expectations/next steps.

It's tax season again... what we all dread most. But not with the help from Flex Tax. Alex was helpful and communicative, and made the process super easy. I was in a complicated tax position this year but it was solved with efficiency. Definitely coming back here. Thanks again, Flex Tax team!

Working with Flex-Tax was a great experience. I contacted him about two situations. The first required only a phone conversation and was free of charge. The other situation - refund of Social Security and Medicare Tax, was in handled through a couple of meetings. Before we met he asked questions by email to ensure his services were needed and then outlined what I needed to ensure our meeting was productive and informative. He walked me through the legal situation, ran through two possible solutions and clearly outlined supporting documentation needs for each solution. Once I had what I needed, Alex and his colleagues worked with me through to resolution.
