FlexTax came highly recommended I had asked one of our trusted attorneys who their firm used? She quickly pulled up the contact info for FlexTax, raving about how they always find ways to save them money! The gentleman they referred me to at FlexTax was no longer taking on any new clients, (good sign) their office explained his associate Sam would take care of me. I'm so happy with Sam's work ethic! He is pleasant, patient, accessible, and has strong communication skills. Sam brought Ben aboard to help with my taxes, he has been a wonderful addition. I had run into a technical snag online, on my end not theirs, contacted Alex @support and he was a great help as well.. At times like these I really like the convenience of doing my taxes online with a company that values you as a customer, I couldn't be more pleased.
