I had a great experience with Fleetoptics! I left a message through their site that i needed to have my parcel delivery delayed as i was unexpectedly called out of town. They kept my parcel until i was back. Our parcels sometimes go missing if left so not having it sit there while i was gone was really helpful. The parcel was delivered late afternoon the day i was back.. The delivery person being really kind and pleasant. Response to my text through their site was timely in acknowledgment. Setting up the rescheduled delivery date through their site was easy. Great service! THANK YOU!

If I could give FleetOptics a ZERO, I would! I can't believe just how extraordinarily terrible this company is in their services. Lying about delivery attempts, fake deliveries to steal packages, false delivery timelines, terrible customer service... and this isnt just a one-off, this is CONSISTENT with FO. They are CONSISTENTLY terrible. Honestly I dont think I've had a single successful issue free delivery by them, ever. Due to just how horrendous they are, I've now started to request any companys I order from to NOT use fleetoptics as its truly a company that devalues the quality of the business using them for their deliveries. FleetOptics, you're a straight up SCAM SHADY operations, and your quality of services is worse than anything I've ever experienced. Ever. Never ever use Fleetoptics, you, your clients, your business will REGRET it.

This courier company are completely incompetent. They have tried to deliver a package four times. First two times said office was closed and we were not. Third time they said they couldn’t not find the door ( there is only one company on the floor with one reception area). The last time they said the coul not find the buzzer. This was an office building. You just enter the building and go up to appropriate floor. I don’t know who they hire but they are very incompetent.

They don't update location and estimate delivery dates that are not met. They force online communication and responses look to be AI generated and sent in realtime with regurgitated info already available on their tracking site. They do not answer the question asked. Avoid.

They do deliveries for Nespresso. When they bring your coffee they are suppose to pick up the empty capsules., The driver did not pick up the four bags I had left out for pickup. I called Nespresso right away to report this and they said the would have them picked up. I got 1 email saying they were on their way, then a second one saying that they picked up. IT DIDN'T HAPPEN.... I have emailed them 3 times NO RESPONCE TO any of my emails. If you read the reviews 97% bad reviews. I'm hoping Nespresso will stop using them
