Driver said he tried to contact me for delivery at around 5:30 but i was home since 3:30 with my phone waiting for the parcel. Also there is no way to even talk to an actual person

Terrible delivery service. Zara Canada uses this 3rd party delivery service. They have incorrectly delivered my parcels to someone else’s house and not even at their front door but at their back yard’s patio door! My house number is clearly marked. The delivery drivers are poorly trained.

I order shoes from Softmoc and they use this horrible company that has a tracking link BUT GUESS WHAT???? IT DOES NOT WORK. THERE IS NO TRACKING. NONE. I have to email Softmoc Customer service and get theM to tell me where my package is. It is more than a bother and it becomes humiliating to keep bothering Softmoc regarding when my order will be delivered. I am disabled and it puts stress on me not knowing when my shoes will be delivered. I do not get any info so cannot make doctor app, take bath, plan my week. It puts me on edge constantly. I am thinking I will have to find another place to order my boots from if they continue to use this terrible uncaring, unreliable company for deliveries!

This company asks for instructions, but does not follow any instructions given to them. They then gaslight the situation by replying that they have saved the information to the file. It has been twice now that a driver has attempted to deliver outside the delivery window provided. If the driver has the information, then why do they keep trying to deliver outside the delivery window? Skims and Sephora use this company for deliveries. I would caution anyone buying expensive items from either of these companies.

Wish I could give a half star. Their driver didnt even bother trying to deliver my package. No call, no knock at either door. Me and my gf both home at the time. I cant believe people trust expensive equipment with these morons.

Ridiculous service. Absolutely NO tracking. It’s been 5 days since the package was picked up, as per the vendor notification. Since then, radio silence!

The worst experience ever, parcel Was delivered to totally wrong unit, I even went there and nobody answered, fleetoptic can’t even call me to let me know what is going on, i have to wait for email, I payed and submitted my order correct, nothing is my fault, and I still Have no answer, I can’t even talk to anyone. The worst company ever!!!!!

My package was delivered to a wrong mailbox, and I got someone else’s. Since it requires a security code, which I don’t have, I don’t know if I will ever get mine back or how and when. It’s a total mess. The vendor can’t do anything either. When I reached out to their customer service, they just asked me to talk to my building manager without even an apology. Very irresponsible customer service. I hope no online vendors will collaborate with this delivery company.
