My package has been out for delivery for 4 days and still not delivered. Appalling service and you cannot talk to a human being even if their chat agent Frankie states this.

If I could give a big fat ZERO, I would. They are a terrible courier. They have delivered 3 deliveries to the wrong address. They're driver's must be incompetent! Dont use this courier if you want your deliveries guaranteed to make it to you. I can understand maybe 1 error, but 3 in the last year, is unacceptable! Also no compensation for thier errors

Great experience with this company. I got delivered on time and the package was in great shape. Great and fast communication from their side. I recommend it/

The first problem was that they did not respond to any of my emails until I wrote a review. Then all of the sudden I got a response. They claimed they answered me but they did not. Second problem is that it takes them 2 full weeks to get a package delivered within Canada! The order was shipped July 3rd and the tracking said today, July 13th but the chat says another 48 hours! Why companies use these transports to save a few dollars is beyond me, I won't buy from David's Tea again just because they use this transport company. I will also look before buying anywhere else to ensure they do not use Fleet Optics. I also have specific delivery instructions which they have assured they will follow, I'm not holding my breath.

Nespresso order was delivered fast. They picked up the recycling package and left the order exactly where it was requested. Communication from the time of placing the order to delivering the order was clear and helpful.
