I ordered what was supposed to be a Christmas gift over a month ago. It seems that they create a label and never actually ship the product. I have emailed their customer service. Although they quickly responded. They were no help. They basically told me that it was out of their hands. Hmmm ok that is a horrible response to give your customer. Basically they don't care if you get your product. I didn't waste my time emailing again. As I see others on here having the same issue. Also I've seen people on here mentioned the same customer service individual I had assist me. So I'm assuming these are not real individuals. They just send the same response to everyone. Once I get my order in the mail. I will not ever purchase anything from them again. I don't like the feeling of being scammed. If I don't get my product I will complain through afterpay. Maybe a company afterpay should not be linked too. Rest assured they don't have your back. The delay is not due to the post. As I've only had issues with this company. Update I finally received my order on 12/24. The package did not move at all until I complained. My review will stay the same. I will never order again lesson learned. I will look to other protein sources and cider vitamin brands.
