Just started with the chocolate shake but I must say the taste is amazing. It’s especially good with almond milk and bananas. I appreciate the free gift that was given & I’m looking forward to continuing my weight loss journey with the help of Flat Tummy. Thank you !

I can't rate the product because I have been waiting for the shake since NOVEMBER 3rd. I will never buy from them again. Customer service to rectify the issues is horrible. Just a bunch of excuses.

I'm super unsatisfied as well. My order took long to get delivered. I had to reach out in order to see movement, and to top it off when I received my order items were missing. The main item was missing. As frustrated as I am with the back and forth with emails, and the fact that I just want to return label and a refund. I'm sure the product must be a great product, but this whole situation is frustrating. I just want my money back, and they can have the half order they sent me back. Honestly I highly suggest to please do your research first. Particularly terms and condition located on there site. Also the reviews pay close attention to the repeated ones. As a respond to flattummyco. I had requested a refund before the second package was sent. I have contacted FedEx and according to them the package label was just created and its still in your facilities. I've been in contact with your team via email, and that is why I am choosing to get a refund. I do not want your items any more I just want a refund. The restocking fees should be waived, due to my order being incomplete. Update 12/08/2020 I have been in contact with their team via email, and email contacts have stopped. They have since stated to me reasons why they are denying my refund 1. A consumable product as stated in their response, 2. Its agains their policy, but was not stated in their terms and condition at the time of my purchase, 3. Absolutely no refund due to dissatisfaction which was stated in their policy, but it was a problem created by their company. 4. Their second shipment (that was sent out after I had requested for a return label and refund) has a estimated delivery time next month; because the shipment is in transit they can't process a refund.

Hey Mahealani, Thanks for addressing your concerns, though we're sorry to hear you feel this way. Our teams, along with the post have been working hard while adhering to new workplace safety protocols put in place due to the current global pandemic. As mentioned, with our products being consumables, once an order has left our offices, we are unable to accept returns. We'd love to continue chatting through email. Shoot our team another email to [email protected] and a rep will reach you ASAP.
