The shakes taste awful and their customer service is even worse! You are talking to robots that don't acknowledge your reason for concern. Don't waste your money! Just Google a good DIY protein shake that taste good. Ka'Chava is a great alternative with superfruits, an actual return policy AND they have tons of FREE recipes!

The shakes are disgusting! I bought the strawberry, the taste is terrible. The protein does not blend well at all! stays gritty even when mixed with water. Emailed to find out about a return policy, Of course, they do not stand behind their product, only advised to add more water and try some of the recipes on the site. Throwing 2 containers away after only 3 days! $100 down the drain, I cannot stomach this disgusting shake.

I placed an order from this company and about 10 minutes following, I emailed to cancel the order for the VERY reason that I’d seen reviews on how the company is unresponsive and is trapping customers into purchasing their product. They waited until the next day to cancel the order in order to “verify my email address” and proceeded to tell me at that point, they were unable to cancel the order because the product had “gone to post”. It should’ve IMMEDIATELY been canceled. Do not purchase from this company.

We do our best to reply back to emails in a timely manner, though it can take up to 24 hours for a reply. Our programs can be held onto if you weren't looking to get started right away!

Great products but horrible customer service. I reached out through amazon pay an email ahead of shipment to cancel order for refund. Recieved a response from Katie requesting email address verification ( my email address that is on my account info an from prior orders an email) to continue to cancel. Respond with email verification anyways then receive response from Katie the next day sstating now that order has bedn sent an unble to cancel an unable to refund. Products are good but the customer service is a disappointment.

Absolutely terrible product. Shipping took over a month. Customer service was terrible in that department and would not issue me a refund or cancel my order after reaching out multiple times. They just give you the run around. I purchased the bundle that came with the protein shake, ACV gummies, two teas, and a tumbler. The protein shake was absolutely disgusting and tasted like plastic. I’ve had plant based protein shakes before and this one was waaay off and tasted entirely like plastic. I threw away entire tub and couldn’t even drink the 1st drink I made due to the overwhelming plastic taste. Gummies taste like there’s soooo much sugar in them on top of tasting disgusting as well. The teas are well…. just typical loose leaf tea. I do drink a lot of tea regularly home and these from “flat tummy co” just tasted dusty and old. I’m just disgusted with the customer service of this company now realizing it’s a scam. I read more reviews on the BBB after purchasing and all of them seem to relate to this being a scam. I recommend you do NOT buy this product!

We recommend giving it a go with your fav plant based milk and fav frozen fruits in the blender. Our ACV Gummies do contain just 4gs of sugar per serving. Our Detox Teas are herbal tea, you can try infusing a little longer for a stronger taste or try adding a little lemon or honey for extra sweetness! It's definitely all about those results so we do recommend sticking with your programs! Here if you have any additional questions.

This is absolutely the worst company. I got my stuff waited till Sunday to start my routine the teas are absolutely tasteless. The shake is so gritty and disgusting. The Apple cider vinegar Gummies between the texture and taste are just horrendous. I have not used the shakes or the gummy‘s since the first day. I have been in touch with a company to try to get a refund send the stuff back. I have not received responses I had to do multiple inquiries. I work in customer service I completely regret ordering anything from this place. If you value your money as well as your mental health do not buy anything from here. As I keep trying to get a refund as I HATE THIS PRODUCT they give me the run around. PLEASE DO NOT BUT THIS PRODUCT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE TASTING PRODUCT. They try to make everything your fault.

There was an item missing from my shipment and the people that have been slowly communicating with me are making me feel like they don’t believe me. They have asked for my order confirmation and a picture of what I received. I have ordered many times but have never had a problem with my shipment.

When preparing your shakes, make sure any liquids or add ins are extra cold. Another way to help the consistency (as plant-based protein is known to be gritty) is blending your shakes. We love blending ours with frozen berries, frozen mangos, and frozen bananas!
