Bad customer service. Paid extra for fast shipping. After some shipping delays and me complaining they sent me the wrong product. They then said they would send me the correct one. Looking at the tracking FedEx still doesn't have the package and it's been over a week now. Contacted them asking if I could get just cancel my order and they said no. It has been almost a month now since I originally ordered and paid for expedited shipping. I understand delays but this is a bit ridiculous especially since they are not letting me cancel when the replacement is not even in transit yet when they sent the wrong one.
