I would have to say currently it is not going to well. Order was placed 21 April. I paid for priority shipping. My package has been sitting in Missouri now for 8 days. I called FedEx to inquire and the agent said they sent it snail mail. How did I pay for priority shipping and have not received my products. And it's been almost 2 weeks. Totally unacceptable. *UPDATE* received my products today. Still not impressed with my experience so rating will stay. I will update in 30 days after using products consistently.

If I could rate 0 star, I would. At first I was hesitant on making any purchases from this company but I decided to give them a try because the “reviews” on the website were all so “positive” and it hyped me up to give it a go... I regret not trusting my instincts.. I’m also experiencing the same as indicated in the last couple of reviews.. I placed my order on March 19th and received an email on March 20th indicating my order is on it’s way. More than a month later, I still haven’t received my order nor any real updates. Customer service is terrible! I’ve been given the same excuses and responses as everyone else. I tried to have my order cancelled but was told they are unable to do so because my order was sent out to their “local” Fed Ex office. My package was scheduled to get delivered Thursday, April 22nd, it was then rescheduled to Friday, April 23rd, now there’s no estimated delivery date. I called Fed Ex on Saturday, April 24th, they have no idea where and why my package was delayed. I was told today my “package” is being transferred to “USPS” for final delivery and should be arriving today.. still no package. Customer Service stopped responding to my emails and now I lost $150 from this place! What kind of business still take money from their customers knowing their order was never received nor delivered? SAVE YOUR HARD EARN $$$$$ and DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I am very disappointed. A month later no order. No one can help me. My emails are ignored. No way to get my money back. SCAM! I have them my order number and nothing. It says it was shipped, called post office where it was supposed to be at and they said they never received it. I’m very upset because they not only stole my money but they are not caring to do anything about it. Do not do it. DO NOT ORDER!

Flattummyco has changed my life! I know it sounds crazy but after using the flat tummy products for 2 weeks I already see results! This brings me tremendous motivation to keep going and pushing for the summer bod I long for. Everything from their shakes to supplements have been extremely satisfying and I couldn't be happier with the decision I made to go flat! Hair, skin, and nails are a must. My skin looks like I'm in my teens again and the confidence I have to go out without wearing makeup is because of flattummyco thank you so much.

My name is Tanika Dailey and This is the worst company that ever existed. If I could give them a half a star, or none at all, I would. I ordered from them on March 22nd 2021 and still have yet to receive my order. I contacted USPS and was told they have never received the items. I contacted flat tummy tea and was told they sent the items and they are refusing to give me a replacement or a refund. They have the nerve to blame the pandemic. They are very rude and negligent. They ARE STEALING MY MONEY AND IGNORING MY EMAILS. I CONTACTED THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THEY WERE NO HELP. AND BY THE LOOKS OF IT, I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE THEY SCAMMED FOR MONEY. This needs to be addressed because I really looked forward to using your products that I heard so many great reviews about. You all are a horrible business and thieves.

I received a text stating my order had been shipped on March 20th, I still have yet to receive the order and the tracking has not been updated at all. Just says FedEx has received the shipment information, this company swears up and down they have shipped the order and that it isn’t in their hands anymore so they cannot cancel or refund my order. They have now resulted into not even responding to me anymore regarding this order. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service, they are most definitely liars, and will happily take your money but after that it’s done and you will not receive your product, refund, or an offer to re-ship the order that was obviously lost or never shipped to begin with. I will make sure I warn everyone of my horrendous experience with this company. They take absolutely no responsibility for an error and look to place the blame on anyone but themselves. They even insinuated that I entered my address wrong perhaps which blew my mind... on April 7th I asked them how long do I have to wait and not receive my order until they admit that it’s lost, I got a response saying this exactly: “ Hi Brooke, Thank you for your reply back to us. We can confirm your tracking due to be updating this week with your final delivery details, if not be sure to let us know by very end of week! Kind regards, Katie” I emailed them back at the end of that week and let them know that I still have no tracking updates and no package... and they did absolutely nothing to help the situation. As you see from their responses to all of the reviews written here, they place the blame on the shipping department. I’ll be disputing the charge with my bank at this point as I have emails from them saying when I should have gotten my package and still haven’t.

Apparently I’m experiencing the same thing as everyone else. I placed my order on March 25, got confirmation is was sent in March 28 and now it’s April 17 and I still don’t have my product! They’re giving me the same excuse that FedEx is behind. But when giving the tracking number to FedEx, they assure that there was nothing received! I wish I could post screenshots!! Definitely do not recommend purchasing ANYTHING from this company.

I had high hopes for this company as they had seemingly good reviews, but clearly I was mistaken. I ordered Meal Shakes from this company over three weeks ago and not only do I still not have my shipment, the FedEx tracking has not updated past the label being created. I contact customer service who ensured me this was due to a backup at FedEx; however, when I contacted FedEx, I was told that if a package is not scanned in 5-7 business days after it is received, it is most likely lost. I have requested a refund but am being refused as they can somehow be sure that the product is not in their hands, but is still on its way when there are no updates to the tracking number.
