Bad experience start to finish.
I decided to place an order earlier in the year after seeing the raves and ads a put this brand and needless to say I had a bad experience before even receiving my package. It took about a little over a month and a half of going back and forth through email (since they have no other way to reach them) on my package whereabouts and I got no results until I asked for a full refund and suddenly my package arrived a week after requesting a refund. I got the shake and detox tea… Starting with the shake, now I’m not really into making protein shakes or adding powder to my shakes and I’m no expert on how they should taste but the taste was definitely off and my bottle seemed half full newly opened. I got the chocolate flavor (initially wanted strawberry but there was a mix up) it tasted very powdery I would say even with fruit, first time was just bananas and almond milk and it took me a while to finish, the next time I tried it with more fruits and still could taste the weird flavor from the chocolate mix, was not a fan and haven’t touched it since. I wouldn’t say it “replaced” my meal I just drank it before working out but it wasn’t my cup of tea. Now moving on to the tea. I’ve had a few detox teas before this one and they all worked fine but this tea I will never drink again. I started off with the night tea thought it would make me go to the rr during my sleep but I felt nothing. The next morning I drank the morning tea and felt fine all day until 7/8pm I started feeling horrible. I felt really nauseous and lightheaded and started to feel stomach cramps. After a few min I had to run to my bathroom, and while it did clean me out the way it did it made me feel differently than other teas that I’ve tried. Not to be too explicit but it felt like a water load was being drained out of my a**… I woke up twice at night to use the rr and have been having constant stomach cramping pain. I couldn’t even enjoy my meals from how horrible I felt. I even had to drink some pepto from how bad I was feeling. Needless to say I had a horrible experience start to finish and will never buy from this company again. They also sensor any complaints on any of their social media pages when it came to the very late delivery time. I complained one too many times on their ig posts just for it to be deleted so other customers were aware of what I was experiencing. I even spoke to some girls who had the same issue on fb. It’s a shame I really wanted to like it but it’s a no for me. I will stick to my original detox tea from now on.

We're excited to share that we recently upgraded our shipping facilities, so you definitely shouldn't experience any delays on future orders. Everyone’s bodies are a little different, but our Tea Cleanse shouldn’t have you running to the bathroom. Most find that even at the maximum infusion time our tea is quite gentle, though you can always weaken or strengthen the effects by infusing it for less or more time to work out what’s best for your body. Plant-based protein tends to be a bit grittier (as you've mentioned, powdery) and needs to be mixed extra well. You'll find this common with almost all plant-based proteins. Another industry standard is the size of the container, but you were definitely provided with enough mixture to last all four weeks.
