I ordered my tea two weeks ago and I still haven't recieved it. I contacted FedEx and they've said it hasn't shipped yet; and I haven't been able to find out anything besides it's on the way via email from Anna with FTT. BBB DOESN'T EVEN HAVE A CORRECT PHONE NUMBER ON FILE. This is sickening.

o THIS IS DEFINITELY A SCAM! Im so pissed I spent $180 and got overnight shipping two weeks ago and I still have yet to receive my order!!!! DONT ORDER FROM HERE! It’s a scam

I placed a order back in January I haven’t received my order yet I email numerous times and I was Told By Anna & Katie my order has shipped . We’re talking about 45 days ago . I called fedex they told me a label was created & my order wasn’t shipped yet . This company is full of it . They taken orders for products they actually don’t have in stock & in return telling me it’s on the way . Yeah Right ! I asked for a refund which I never received keeping saying they want to help resolve my issues . Receiving my money back and a honest answer has become a real task . I will not ever be ordering From this company.. They lost a customer !!

If I could give this company zero stars you bet I would, so disappointed I had made an order since October 2020 and it is now March 2021 and still no product. I had communicating with Katie and asked her to just fully refund because I can no longer wait for my products she tells me they can’t refun me. Katie told me to check my local fedex company in which I did and they told me it was a smart post package and that smart post is only offered inside the US and i live in a US territory. I asked them to please change shipper if not than fully refund me after that she went quiet. Up to now still no response and no product. I will take this to Better Business Bureau and let them handle my situation. This is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. I WILL NEVER BUY NOR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!

If I could give this company no stars at all I definitely would. I placed an order January 22nd with them. After a few weeks of not hearing anything I emailed them about the status of my order, they sent a tracking number back immediately so I only figured it would be on its way. Days go by still no movement. I asked for a refund and they said that since it’s “left the warehouse” that wasn’t possible. Almost a month, still no package. I emailed once again and they gave me some runaround story about fedex being sooo busy and it’s the “peak of the season”. After speaking today with a customer service rep, I find out that they are still waiting on the package. They are not delayed right now because of any “peak”. I just want my money back. It’s been well over a month. Worst experience I think I’ve ever had with a company. Definitely do NOT recommend. Save yourself the hassle

I have ordered from this company several times. Each time the delivery takes longer than the time before. I ordered the shakes from them on 2/4/2021 and received an email saying that it was shipped on 2/11/2021. I emailed the company 11 days later to request a refund since my order clearly had not been shipped ( I checked the tracking almost daily and it had not been shipped at the time of my email). I was told that it had already been shipped and they could not refund the amount of the shake. 3 days after I asked for a refund, the shakes magically appeared at a fedex location for shipping. I guess I will wait to see if it actually comes. The products are ok, but I'm sure I can find another company with quality products and a better appreciation for paying customers. I will not order from them again.
