I have been taking this flat tummy shake for just over 3 weeks now and lost 18 pounds in just that little bit of time the shake says you can do one to 2 scoops been doing only one for now and wow lost 18 pounds that quick I got the strawberry flavor and mix it with almond milk 6 oz the 5 fresh strawberry one banana one scoop of this amazing flat tummy and six cubes of ice mix and drink. Yummy it don’t taste bad at all it’s really good. As for my diet. I have not changed a thing and still lost a lot of weight so far I did take away lunch I eat a small breakfast and then do my shake and dinner at night I also dance that’s my work out I dance 3 hrs a week it’s very hard cardio. At first I was skeptical about trying the shakes but with after just one week of trying flat tummy co’s shakes I dropped 4 pounds with moderate exercise so that says a lot about the shakes. The chocolate flavor is also pretty good but I’m looking forward to trying their strawberry one. I definitely feel like the shakes are working for me and will be buying the strawberry one next month!

I just completed the 4 week program of the Chocolate shakes, and I am down 7.8 pounds! I drink one shake every morning. I have also been watching what I eat as well as doing regular exercise 4 times a week. At first I thought the shake flavor was chalky, however I add a banana to it and I think it’s delicious! Keeps me full for at least 4 hours. I just ordered another 4 week program!
