I’m enjoying the flat tummy shakes! My main goals is my belly and I think I need to go harder in the gym to really start seeing my results. But I’m not giving up I’m going to finish my 1st 4 week program that I’m doing right now I’m on week 3. I will be ordering another FlatTummy Shake!

Overall I felt like the product was good, I had the chocolate, the taste wasnt great but it wasnt horrible either. I liked how you can use water or milk that made it perfect for a person on the go. and then to top it I felt like Ilost some weight around my mid - section, I had a pair of pants that i use to wear but they would roll down underneath my belly, after Flat Tummy they stay up! no rolling ! and Ive got more compliments about my weight and I simply just feel better! I will also say that I only replaced breakfast and I felt full most of the day, in my opinion the day after I started. I look forward to my next purchase and my flatter tummy.
