Flat Tummy Co gets a lot of flack but as someone who has struggled with strange eating habits the shake really helps me stay full and keeps me from eating because I’m bored, or from eating too much in the morning and feeling drowsy or lazy! I absolutely love it and you can add whatever you want to the smoothies. I’ve even made it into an Oreo Shake which is super simple. I don’t really follow the regimen, I just make a shake in the morning to start my metabolism! Love it!

The shake is so good . I got the 4 week plan in vanilla flavor shake and it’s so creamy and really does taste delicious. I made mine with almond milk and it’s so good I also got the Digestive Enzymes pills which helps to break down food ,gas , bloating and more and it really does make me feel good and energetic. I love FlatTummy co shakes and I’ll most definitely buy more .

Wow a shake that's actually as nutritious as it is delicious! I was so blown away by the yummy taste of my vanilla pod flavored shake and just knowing how good it was for my body, made it even better (or sweeter)!
