I've been taking the pills mixing the shakes and I am simply in love I look forward to continuing my process for as long as I'm allowed I haven't been snacking on any of the sugary snacks i usually do and I haven't been craving any heavy foods I'm in a good mood more energy I'm thinking better and more clear as said before love love love!!!
