l foolishly bought three shirts
l foolishly bought three shirts. I have always been a medium size. What I received fits like a Large size. Way too big. So a waste of money.

Hi there, Sorry to hear that these shirts don't fit you. We have to explain to you that our Mens Heavy Flannel Shirts are relaxed fit, so if you want a slim fit, you need to get smaller than usual. What Happened?
The fabric and the pattern were excellent and true to the pictures. I received active email communication from personnel, upon my inquiry. The measurements of the garment did not match the website description, the return process was not very accommodating and 3 weeks later, i still do not have even a pending credit to my card, despite following the return instructions carefully. I have tracking information and supplied it via email, so i think it may be time to contact my card provider and maybe the Better Business Bureau

Absolutely love the flannel I purchased! Special shout out to Susan on the customer service team that was so very helpful with some shipping issues. The moment I received my flannel I got back on the site and purchased three more. We’ll worth it!

Warm and comfy
Easy to use site, my item arrived in good time, and as described. Good quality, true to size, and most importantly- warm! I do feel it was a little overpriced, but overall I'm happy.
