There was nothing telling me the product was shipping from China. Estimated shipping was 7 to 14 days. Took over 20 days. Sizes not accurate, which is common with Chinese manufactured clothing shipped directly to customer from China.
Response from FlannelGoJun 18, 2024
Sincerely sorry for the confusion about our brand location, our base is in China, and we also have warehouses in the United States, where to ship from depends on the product inventory. Hope you can understand. The estimated shipping is 7 to 15 business days, so your package was delivered within the estimated time. Our customer service will contact you, it may we shipped the wrong size or something else, please understand. FlannelGo Team
