Time line wasn’t spectacular
I ordered one of these and it got lost in shipping so I had wait over a month by the time they got a new one ordered and sent. It was inconvenient and I wanted it for a certain event and starting to get too cold outside to wear it as a jacket by the time it arrived. They wouldn’t issue a refund or discount for the inconvenience. They also do not have a phone number to call, only email which I thought was a little strange

Regarding the shipping time, our standard delivery is usually 7–15 business days, and we’re constantly working on ways to make it faster so your orders reach you sooner. As for the sizing, our flannels are based on U.S. standard sizes. Since everyone’s body shape is a bit different, there can be variations like you mentioned.
