The provider was on time and very knowledgeable. He shared more info on what was going on with the breaks than auto repair stores. I felt a lot more confidence in him. Additionally he later found out that my car would require 2 additional hours of work than originally anticipated since my model required him to remove the axle and shockers. It would have increased my estimate by $160. When I called Fixmycar they agreed to stick with the original quote and not pass the unforeseen additional cost to me. I was initially weary of using this service for car repair, but the experience was so good that I am never going to big box stores for my car maintenance.
