UR Builder / House repairs, Louis was on time, worked quickly and did a fantastic job. He explained the repairs well and cleaned up all before he left. I'll use him for any of my home repairs.

Contacted FIXD to repair my pool heater under my home warranty. After MUCH confusion and several delays, a very nice and seemingly knowledgeable young man finally came out, replaced a part, and showed us a back door way to get the heater working. Without looking at the console that was showing an error message indicating a heat sensor wasn't working, he determined that the problem was in the console (which is not covered under the home warranty) and not in the sensor. He was very pleasant and respectful, but I wasn't totally convinced he really took the time to pinpoint the problem. Bottom line - we can use the heater, but this took way too long to get done and it was way too hard to contact them to find out what was going on. Disappointed - I have had better luck getting service on previous calls to them, though.

I would rate this 5 star but I had a minor issue. So when I purchased my new home I was told I had a free re-key service. So when I called to schedule it I was charged the service call fee ($50) twice. I was told it would take between 5 to 10 business days to get a refund. I ended up waiting over a month just to get my refund.
