You are not forced to say yes, and I didn't have any additional surprise charges or anything dumb happen. They were prompt to ship out and sent me a tracking number each time, and I always receive exactly what I paid for. I got their melatonin gummies, which work really well! I always sleep real easy after taking one. I've placed more orders with them over the past few months and I've never had any problem. I encourage you to try them out if you're interested! It seems like Five is pretty responsive here to the negative reviews, so I think they do care about trying to help out. I haven't had to contact support so I can't comment on it. That said, I'm happy with them and I hope that you will be, too.

I ordered 3000 mg Full Spectrum CBD+THC Citrus Tincture. When you select full spectrum CBD+THC oil and select 3000 mg size, a picture to the right shows a label in orange that illustrates 2 bottles with a orange shaded circle and green rectangle with the words:"2 Bottles and CBD 3000mg/60mg THC". When I called the agent on the line tried to tell me that 2 bottles of 1500mg is the same as 1 bottle of 3000mg. Are you people for real!!

CAREFUL, if you get the “free” drinks or gummies shipped, they will sign you up for a monthly subscription without your constant and send you more and charge your account. Disputing this.

There may be spoofed Facebook account tried ordering the promo and it declined card about five times despite there being more than enough on the card. Did not see the same promotion on the official website.

I had no issues ordering and receiving products from five CBD, although most of the complaints about five CBD here are about their marketing and the customer service. I received my product a few days after ordering. I ordered their "cbd+thc knockout gummies, blackberry, 50mg cbd, 5mg thc" using a first time promo code that only required me to pay about $10 shipping for my 20 gummies. These gummies seemed to help me fall asleep, but I could feel no effect from the THC. I am a high-tolerance medical user, so that might explain it. These gummies were not very good tasting. The gummies I got from FIVE CBD and their sister company, medterra, were very well packaged in plastic jars.

I was offered a free gift from Park Mobile and I selected Five CBd. I thought it was suspicious at first but I soon after received a code to use for purchase and placed the order and received my gift within a week. What was strange was that I received an email saying my order was incomplete but I ignored it and waited to see if the shipping charge went though on my card and it did! I only paid for shipping! Sorry to hear others had bad experiences. Now off to try the product!

Never got a confirmation email for my order, and when i reached out to support they told me the order didnt exist, despite the fact that i was charged. instead of re-confirming or re-processing my order, the support team just told me to dispute the charge (i said i would do that, and they didnt offer any sort of alt). not comfortable putting in an additional order since the first round didnt go smoothly, guess i wont be trying the gummies.

They were a very speedy and friendly company and not push of intrusive at all. It was a nerve wracking phone call to make because I'm very uncomfortable with the very thought, but it's only topical and I was impressed with their service.
