We've been using Five CBD for almost a year now and have had nothing but good results. Navigating their website purchasing process can be a bit off-putting at first with the 2-for-1 deals, special discount codes, etc., but I've gotten used to it now and found the product to be reliable, effective, and competitively priced. Lately though, we been seein' what you call your 'discrepancies' between what you see online and how they try and scam you onto more purchases than you made. We not gonna do no business no more.

got a email telling me i could get the 15 ct bag free to try as a summer promo so id just pay shipping.. that totalled$4.58 for me, im on board! retail on this bag said $32.41 so its great deal didnt try to talk me into buying everything else smooth transaction process was self explanitory just download app to get deal! highly reccomend, the flavor was great compared to most and order arrived 5 days after placing order invoice allotted 7 days so thumbs up for that also thank you for allowing the try be4 you buy FIVE!

Bad order and customer service experience. Overcharged and would not let me cancel my order after multiple request.

I saw all the varying reviews and decided to take a chance. I just received my order today. I had received an email from Planet Fitness with a gift card for my birthday. It was for $50. I received an email with the confirmation information. I also received an email with the tracking info with constant information on when I was getting my order. I have nothing but positive thoughts on this company. I feel sorry for the people who had a bad experience with this company.

I ordered on July 27th and received confirmation email 2 days later with tracking info. It's now 9 days later and ups still doesn't have the package. Five keeps saying it's ups problem and blaming everyone else but themselves. I like their products but I'll be ordering from another company from now on. Can't get in touch with anyone via their customer service number. Chat feature is useless. They respond with 2 word answers and copy of the tracking info which is not helpful at all. I just want my $100 back that I wasted!

I placed an order over a week ago. I was wondering where my order was so checked my e-mail and see my order was cancelled. When I asked why they said their system deemed it fraudulent which makes no sense. You can’t reach anyone via phone or their online chat. Customer service is horrible BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! With so much competition out there I’ll gladly spend my money elsewhere. I currently spend $150 on auto delivery for cbd drinks and was looking for a new company. Guess this one doesn’t need additional business.

Of the six months or so we were buying from them monthly, two family members, two separate orders, with a combined amount of a hundred dollars per month, they were slow to get the orders filled for both of us more times than not. It says on the site to allow 1 to 3 days for processing the order. The last transaction took seven days to fill for one of us. So I called them, they wouldn't admit they were doing this. I have bad depression and anxiety and rely on prompt shipping. The woman I talked to could have at least faked that she cared. No apologies like I see in other posts that they responded to after they see a bad review. After about five minutes it was clear I wasn't getting anywhere, so I said bye and hung up before I lost my cool. She then closed the the other family members reoccurring account without their knowledge. No compassion, no apologies, no attempt to make things right. Good customer service is becoming a thing of the past.
