Five9Reviews of five9.com

Hello Small Business Community, As a small business owner, you can be taken for granted because so many people are starting businesses online. As a Five9 customer, my experience has been that if your "the little guy" your business is still taken seriously. You receive unmatched technical and administrative support .Without a top-notch service and an amazingly affordable platform, I would be limited to local sales and unable to expand. As result, Five9 has my loyalty and continued support. K. Branch Owner of National Web-brokerage Firm

We've been using Five9's cloud callcenter for over 2 years and extremely happy both the product and service/account team. Initial setup for any organization that has used any kind of automated call center product (in-house or cloud based) was a breeze. Ongoing support (although rarely needed) is excellent - fast response, great follow through and very pleasant techs to deal with. I have no complaints!

I love five9. It makes auto dialing so much easier and we can work efficiently. Only down side would be it that depending on your isp it may not work well.

The agent was knowledgable and able to assist. She also took time to help with another related issue and make sure that I fully understood what she was doing so I could learn to do it myself in future.

Their support is the best support I've experienced across any company. They can solve any problem you have, and the average wait time is maybe 10 seconds! Their service is also great, lots of features and options and everything is pretty straightforward. The only thing that could be better is cleaning up the back end stuff and making it look a little more modern. Other than that, these guys are gold!

Five9 has the capabilities to do almost everything a call center would need. However, it lacks during the analytics process. Many calculations are not defined and one has to double check certain figures.

Five 9 has been an excellent, easy to implement platform for our business. Their client service is A+. I would highly recommend Fivev9.

Five9 is easy to work with.
