Five9Reviews of five9.com

Five9 really is the best cloud dialer out there. Pretty much all others aspire to it. I've used this system for many, many years throughout various companies. I remember when they were in Manilla and the service was dubious, but since they moved to the states, they've been flawless. A lot of the previous limitations were removed and the system really came into it's own. I would certainly recommend Five9 to any company looking for a light-weight cloud based dialer solution.

Five 9 has very knowledgeable support team and will provide you great customer service. The tech support agent will help you until the issue is resolved. I highly recommend Five 9 as a call center solution.

Moving our contact center phone system over to Five9 has been great for us - should've done it a lot sooner!

I have used Five9 at two different companies and both times the product implementation was very easy to use. The team that help us set it up was very friendly and often went above and beyond the call of duty. My advice would be to come up with the mobile app integration to work with Salesforce1

It is a very stable system and easy to use. We can set-up new campaigns and start calling on them within a couple of hours. Their support staff is very knowledgeable, responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend this call center solution.

I have been working with the Five9 program for about 8 months now and I really enjoy so many aspects of it. I am able to pull such a wide variety of reports. If I ever am having trouble with something, I am able to call them with ease, and they are able to assist me in getting my issues resolved. They do a great job following up with issues as well. The program itself hardly ever gives me problems, and is very user friendly. I would recommend this company to others.

We've found Five9 relatively easy to work with and responsive. We had chosen their product based on ease of use and feature set, and we still think it's a well designed offering and we make heavy use of their built-in "lite" CRM (contact manager). But we just keep having problems with calls. Calls being dropped, or not connecting, network interruptions etc. This has caused some issues with our clients and has caused our call center staff to spend a disproportionate amount of time troubleshooting problems (not to mention our IT staff).

Best CRM ever, easy to use and the whole team is super attentive.
