Big call center features without the big infrastructure.
At our company, we've used five9 for many years. I find that five9 is a perfect fit for a company that wants big call center features in a suite that requires no special hardware or complicated back-end systems. It runs perfectly on low-end computers and inexpensive headsets, and the call recordings can be saved/moved to any storage device. My only complaint is the pricing structure, but I believe they are improving this. It can be a bit confusing to keep track of your running costs with long distance use fluctuating from day to day and the addition and removal of seats, and geographical numbers.
