Our company has been utilizing Five9 for 7 years. We have grown exponetially due to the technical advancements of our Five9 dialer. Five9 has always driven to be ahead of the curve when it comes to CRM ties, API's, Redundency, and keeping up with TCPA/FCC regulations. I have been working with a great team at Five9 who are dedicated and want to ensure that we have a good Five9 experience. We are currently testing the Agent Desktop Plus, which our team likes better than the Java version. The only con is that you are required to answer the call through the headset and the option for the ring to come through the computer no longer exists. Overall, the experience has been good.
