So personal to me . I totally love the attention to detail.everytime I look at it 😍

What I thought was a flaw was "my bad". When you receive your items be sure to remove thin protective plastic to reveal a beautiful & inexpensive gift/keepsake.

I was very pleased with the product and the service I received. I ordered a cup for my husband and when I received it the lid was broken. I emailed the company, and they sent me it another one with no problem.

The whole ordering experience was great! Being able to personalize every detail and was very easy to do made the buying experience even better! I purchased this cup for my fiance and will order from this website again. Shipping did take longer than I expected, but that was probably my fault for not paying attention to the shipping times before I placed the order.

The ordering process was easy to use. A wonderful gift that is a permanent reminder of our loved ones. Would recommend!

The product itself is impressive me. It’s a good memory for 3 of my beloved doggies. When I received the product, I over-looked that the cloudy look caused by protection shield. I dropped a note to customer services and I received a prompt reply by educate me how to remove the shield to make the product a brighten one. All in all, product and after-sell services is impressive. Will buy from the shop again for sure.

Memory of my fiancee <3 I have seen commercials about these and thought it would be a nice memory. I was in contact with the company and could choose my own text and today the product arrived and it was better than I expected. Highest rating for results and the company. Thanx a lot!!!

I ordered a comforter and shams for my hubby for Christmas. It looks awesome. Delivery took awhile.
