I placed an order on 25th November and as yet I haven't received the item. Also I have sent a previous email with no response. Checked my emails and junk mail nothing. This was for a very dear friend who recent loss her dad. I just want confirmation when to be expecting the item.

ORDER #: FWP57923 I have been trying to contact someone from the company to get an status on my simple order that was placed on Nov 13th. I have not received an update on anything for the past 3 weeks and I am soon wanting to cancel my order. Its getting ridiculous.

I am getting frustrated over an order I placed Nov 20th. I have not yet received any details on my shipment other than receiving a confirmation of my order but no shipping date other than it has been in transit since Nov. 25th. I have not had anyone personally from the company respond to my inquiries.

I just want to know if this website is legit or not. I can buy it again some where else if so. But they won't even reply to any emails.

I ordered three items on 18 November 2022 and as of 26 November my status on the Shop App still says order placed. I emailed them to find out when I am likely to receive my items and had no response. Beginning to think this is a scam website!

I made a purchase on Sept 22,2022 and still have not received my order. In the email,they say be patient but I have been. The order is a memorial of my precious dog,Lady that passed away. The tracking info in my email say the processing center is in China. As of right now,I am not pleased with this company or service. My order number is FWP53832. LET ME KNOW THE STATUS PLEASE.

I had previously ordered a quilt and was thrilled. So much so I ordered another as a wedding present and my sister in law also ordered 2 quilts. However when the quilts arrived the stiching was poor, over sized font and poor positioning of drinks. I contacted fitwearpro and a replacement was dispatched. I asked of a different background in the replacements, so the recipients would have different quilts. However they were sent to the wrong address, didn't arrive in time for the wedding, so had to give a sub standard quilt as the gift. Todate I gave sent numerous emails to fitwearpro and all have been ignored. Very poor after care from customer service.

This company is in China. They have disguised their site to look like it is in the USA. I just checked my tracking number and my order shows in China. Beware. I placed an order 6 days ago and have not heard a word from them about my order. I did not receive confirmation that they received my order and so far they have not responded to my e-mail requesting information on my order. I see other reviews that say they did not receive order confirmation either. I am nervous about my order now and don’t know whether it was received or not.
