Would not recommend this company! We ordered a fleece camping blanket as a gift for our friends since we were very happy with the one we got a couple of years ago. There were so many problems! There was an error in our shipping address (my fault) and instead of getting ahold of us, they sent it back to China! We were told that it could take up to 2 months before we could pay to have it shipped back to us. They had my email address and phone number so I have no idea why they wouldn't try to message us. We needed the blanket sooner than that so had to re-order and they only gave us a small discount. The blanket arrived today and the quality is nothing like our first one. It is thin and flimsy. We won't be ordering from this company ever again and you should do so at your own risk!

Only one star as I don't have the option for NO STARS. I believe I was scammed by them, still waiting for the quilt ordered in November as a Xmas gift, zero customer service. A lot of money just thrown away by the look or things????? More than 3 months trying to contact anyone....

This company does not delivery quality products. It's a scam.. Run. The shirts I received were falling apart, and looked like a 5 year old made them. They refused to return my money

No response to complaint about product quality. Glass is frosted. I cannot see words or picture. Would like a replacement please.

Received my ornaments and they were horrible....very scratchy and foggy....could barely see anything....will never use this again!

I placed an order on Dec 5th 2022 for a door mat. This was to be a Christmas gift for a relative. I have YET to receive this order. I have emailed customer service 3 times. I finally did receive an email with tracking info, however, the tracking info only shows that the package was picked up by FAST TRACK EXPRESS, in Jamaica , NY. Fast Track Express was supposed to deliver the package to USPS. The tracking info has stated this since DEC 12 I understand that the holidays are a very busy time but why has there been no movement since Dec 12? Emails from customer service only state to be patient. Again, this was to be a Christmas gift for a relative who lives 2hrs away from me. So not only did my relative not have a gift to open from me, now i have to pay shipping again to ship to their address......IF I EVER RECEIVE this order. At what point can i cancel the order. This was over $80 including shipping AND i left a tip on the order as well.

Terrible customer service. I emailed them on December 17th, 2022 to enquire about my order placed December 3rd, 2022. I received an email on December 18th, 2022 from them stating it had already been sent out and they provided a tracking number. The order has yet to arrive as of January 2nd, 2023 and then I check the tracking number it has still not even been shipped out, just a shipping label having been created within the last 4 days. I have emailed them two more times since their email on December 18th, 2022 with no response. I would like to be refunded at this point. Order number Order #FWP61580 refund my order and respond to my email(s).
