We are delighted that your knee and back pain are gone—that proves the structural support is doing its crucial job of correcting your body's alignment! We understand why your feet still hurt, and the reason our insoles aren't "super soft" is by design. If an insole is too soft, it collapses and compromises alignment. True foot pain relief comes from structural support, not just squishy padding. Our insoles are engineered to provide cushioned relief without sacrificing the stability that eliminated your knee and back pain. The Quick Fix To add cushioning where your feet hurt: Swap Your Pads: If you have the Personalization KIT, switch to the softer Comfort MAX or Oceanfoam pads. Check Positioning: Make sure the pad is placed directly under the pressure point on your foot. Give your feet a week to adjust to the new padding. If your foot discomfort persists, let us know the exact location of the pain, and we'll help you find the perfect balance!
