I have been purchasing equipment from Fitness Superstore for the past 5 years and have never been disappointed. The quality of the equipment is excellent and their service and support is unmatched in the industry. When ever I have had a problem (which hasn't been many) the staff at Fitness Superstore have been very helpful and expedient in solving and fixing the problem onsite. I will never buy equipment elsewhere, Tim and his staff are very professional and top notch.

This is my second purchase from fitness superstore and again I'm very satisfied. Everything from the payment to delivery was spot on and would recommend their service to all!

WE are so happy with the treadmill we bought from Fitness Superstore. We have several clients over 400 lbs. at our senior center that were honestly burning up the motors in our retail treadmills. Finding this treadmill is a blessing. Now they can get the exercise they need as well. I know this will last us a long time. The people at the superstore took very good care of us from start to finish on our purchase. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable equipment at a reasonable price.

We're extremely satisfied with our purchases from Fitness Superstore and we think everyone should know about them! From them we've been able to round out our home gym with some extremely high-quality, refurbished exercise equipment. It's the kind of equipment that we'd normally spend hundreds on in annual gym memberships but now don't even have to leave our own home, let alone work around the gym's 'open hours' to get our workouts in on anymore. In 2012, we purchased a Lifefitness 95Ti treadmill with an adjustable incline that extends uphill to 15% with a 3-year extended warranty. Awesome!! It's still in mint condition today and between my wife and I, we've literally put hundreds of miles on in the past 2 years. The belt began to slip a couple of times and actually slipped off once, but Fitness Superstore has responded immediately to our service requests each time (even though we're over an hour and a half from their Concord warehouse) and resolved the issues without complications. To be fair, tightening the belt is actually a basic maintenance task so, in terms of 'equipment failures' since we purchased the treadmill 2 years ago, we've actually had zero. And had I been simply tightening the belt periodically (couple of turns with a Phillips screwdriver) like I should have been then we'd probably never have called them back yet for service. In fact, we've been so pleased with our treadmill from Fitness Superstore and we've come to trust them so much that we just recently decided to purchase a refurbished Power Plate Next Generation acceleration trainer sight unseen from their online store. It couldn't have been any simpler. When we made the purchase, they first worked with us on the price and then made it clear that it would take a few weeks to refurbish and prepare the machine for delivery. But I have to say that their communication throughout the entire process was just fantastic and actually made buying the Power Plate a nice experience! Bryan was extremely helpful on the sales side and we're really pleased with the deal he squared away for us. We felt like we were treated very fairly and given a deal that we simply couldn't pass up. Chani was very friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable and extremely thorough in helping us finalize the other details of the service and delivery to our home gym. And special kudos to the installers / technicians who also had to figure out how to first transport the 300 lb unit over our many uneven concrete walkways, then avoid our backyard lawn, and then to finally maneuver it into the corner of our small home gym. Nice work guys! We are very happy customers! Fitness Superstore seriously rocks and I can confidently recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good deal on quality, refurbished, commercially-rated (and home-rated) exercise equipment. Keep in mind that this kind of equipment takes a pounding and likewise since it is not built cheaply, it certainly is NOT cheap to repair. Do yourself a favor and also buy the extended warranty. It's worth all the peace of mind you can afford and will pay for itself in one repair's visit.

These guys are a life saver. We purchased a refurbished treadmill and though it had some issues which they say are pretty rare, they were quick to book a service call and fix the problem and limit our down time. As a small gym every cardio equipment is critical to keeping clients happy, and they were there for us when we were in need.

I'm writing this review as a history which I'll update as events occur. (1) On Aug. 7, 2014 I ordered a Stairmaster 7000 PT Stepmill w/Blue Face (Remanufactured). The 7000 PT is not currently manufactured but it was sold for a long time and thus dominates the used market. I chose the Blue Face/LCD over the original Black Face/LED model, despite the Blue Face being $100 more expensive. (The console is the controls/display portion of the unit; the design of the mechanical portion was unchanged between the two models.) While I don't care about the console features per se, I thought I'd be getting a "younger" machine with the newer console. I was given a delivery estimate of about 3 weeks (even though the product was listed as "in stock" on the site). I authorized a credit card charge of about 10% of the delivered price, with balance to be paid on making the delivery appointment. (2) On Aug. 26 Fitness Superstore called and said delivery was available between 4-6 PM on Aug. 29. (3 weeks + 1 day, certainly within the original estimate.) I confirmed that appointment and I gave them credit card info for the balance of the cost. (3) At 3:00 PM on Aug. 28 they called and said the Blue Face model was not available. Would I like to take delivery of a Black Face model and have them swap out the console in 2-3 weeks, or just wait 2-3 weeks for the model I had ordered? I said I would take delivery of the older model. (4) Their truck and two guys arrived within the promised delivery window. (I am in their company truck delivery area.) I had ordered a floor mat with the unit and discovered that the one they had brought was a size smaller than what I'd ordered. The guys said they'd send me a new one pronto. Next discovery: contrary to what I'd been told the previous day (see (3) above) they brought a Blue Face console! So in the end I'm quite pleased and joining the five star reviewers! (5) Sep. 3: I received an updated order confirmation indicating "UPDATE 9/3/14 Customer's warranty extended from 90 Days to 6 Months." I assume this is to make up for the miscommunication and the wrong size floor mat (the correct size one was delivered today). Sorry guys, I don't think 6 stars can be awarded here!
