Seemed to be a delay in delivery but owner of this company got right on it and made the deliver happen. When my huge piece of equipment arrived, it appeared battered. But when my husband came home that night and opened it for me, all was well! However, Tim French had already said he'd make good any damage when I sent him photos of the damaged packaging! He's also having the mat I ordered sent right away since it was not included in the shipment. I love these guys and am impressed with my STAR TRAC PRO Cross-trainer. Carol in TX

So far my experience has been very good. There was a bit of mis-communication around delivery date, but the service recovery was excellent, and the product is a good deal and works as advertised.

After ordering a Cybex Arc, I waited patiently to get the call for scheduling delivery. Eventually, I began making calls both to the Fitness Superstore and the delivery company, ending with both companies denying having my item. When it became apparent that there was a problem, I contacted the owner of the Fitness Superstore. He involved himself immediately and when tracking showed the shipment was and had been in the hands of the shipping company (who by the way, didn't have a clue where the item was) , he used his connections to do what I had been unable to due. After a week of constant communications with him, I happily had my Arc delivered to my home. Mistakes happen...things get lost...but, it's really great when you deal with a company that has an owner who actually cares about the customer. He could have easily passed me off to one of his reps but instead, he listened to me, showed me complete respect, kept me constantly informed of everything that was being done, and ended with a very impressed and happy customer. Thanks!

The purchase process was efficient and effortless. The delivery was on time as promised. The delivery person was knowledgeable as to bike operation and gave understandable explanations in a pleasant and patient manner. I love my bike !

I purchased a refurbished LifeFitness Fit3 Multi-Gym to be shipped to my home in Mexico. Fitness Superstore didn't blink an eye and quoted me a price for the machine, all transportation, and customs charges at the border. When Mexican customs provided their usual hassle, Tim and Charles handled it professionally and got beyond the government roadblock. The machine came in mint condition, so new looking that I couldn't tell it wasn't new even on close inspection. By the way, the Fit3 does it all. With a complete set of dumbbells, you're good to go. I would buy from Fitness Superstore again, and will! Great macine, great service.
