I wanted to buy a SciFit Pro2 UBG with foot peddles. I went online & found this company that offered rebuilt machines. I was a little concerned about it being rebuilt, but they put my mind at ease & was confident that the machine would be reliable. I use a wheelchair & was interested in a couple of accessories. They were able to get them for me from SciFit directly & was included in the shipment with the machine. One accessory was missing, but was quickly addressed. The delivery was delayed some, but not enough to get upset over. When it was delivered, the men who put it in place were clean, polite, & very accommodating to making sure there was no damage to our hardwood floors. The whole process at home has been an interesting set of trial & errors...which happens with every new wheelchair, car, etc. So, that was to be expected. The late arriving accessory may not work as well as I was hoping, I will possibly be returning it for another version that will keep my feet on the peddles. And I may need a different set of grips. To date, I have no major issues with Fitness Superstore & very few minor ones. No transaction is ever "perfect" & I never expect it to be. I would rate this as 4.5 stars out of 5.

I had a chance to use this exact upright bike on a cruise ship and loved it. I called them pre-purchase with several questions about the unit itself and what source I needed to set up the TV monitor and got answers straight away. They were able to match the unit I wanted exactly and at a really good price! I had the unit in a matter of days, delivery was on time and only took a few minutes to set it up and have me on it. The unit looks and feels like it is brand new and I'm using it every day.

Hello, I am like most consumers who are weary of buying used products off the internet. I found Fitness Superstore online and read their warranty information but most importantly their efforts to refurbish the excercise equipment they sell. I had done quite a lot of research to evaluate different cardio equipment manufacturers. I found a new Octane Eliptical machine in a Sacramento store and become an instant fan. The cost of new equipment was prohibitive for my budget. I went online and viewed all the different models available on the website for Fitness Superstore. The day of my call to this business, I spoke directly with the owner (Tim). Tim was very professional, informative and competent. The result of my call was I purchased an Octane 3700 model. Following the installation of this cardio machine in our home, there was a mechanical issue. My immediate reaction was doubting this significant purchase. The end result was they sent out a technician to make a minor repair and my machine works great! I confidently give a 5 star rating for their overall customer support I have experience. This is a company you can Trust!
