PRECOR 956i Ordered a PRECOR 956i Commercial Grade Treadmill, it was delivered in “like new” condition in the time-frame they promised. The delivery people were very courteous and helpful; even though I had curb side delivery, they set it up for me in the garage. Had some minor electrical issues that turned out to have nothing to do with the machine; rather, my home’s GFCI plug in that circuit. Fitness Super Store owner/president, Tim French, was very responsive to our phone calls asking for information and help as we were troubleshooting the problem. Even calling after store hours to render help and be sure the treadmill was running and we were satisfied. Based upon my experience, I would definitely do business with Fitness Super Store again and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and have already. I use my treadmill daily!

I had some issues with the shipping, but Tim was quick to take action and get all of the bugs worked out. I am very happy with my tread climber and would recommend this company to my friends!

BUYERS BEWARE!!! We purchased a supposedly "Remanufactured" Woodway Desmo S treadmill from Fitness Superstore and this machine has been nothing but trouble. There is no way it could have ever been refurbished considering the shape we got it in......broken support brackets, rubber control module bumpers popping up, rubbing/squeaking treadmill belt, zip ties holding wires to the outside of the metal deck, original bent up commercial plug still attached, rusting handlebars, old grease and dirt throughout the treadmill motor and bearings. We asked for a refund twice and was told that it was not in the owner's best interest so he gave us an extended 3 year warranty instead. And now still within our "3 year warranty", he won't even communicate with us anymore. I don't know where all the glowing happy customers are coming from in these reviews but I'd be a bit cautious in purchasing from this company!

Started looking for one of these machines...they are expensive! So I started looking for a used one. Fitness Superstore had a big selection of machines that were competitively priced, so I pulled the trigger. The machine was delivered and set it up for me and it works just like the ones at the gym. The next day, the owner Tim emailed me to make sure I was happy with the machine and the delivery. Price, quality, service---Check! Check! Check!

Started with looking online for a Stairmaster. Found one here and did speak to a rep. over the phone. Finally, after a week or so, ordered it online. The email confirmations were quick and helpful along with a individual's name to email for information if needed. So was the shipping information as well. I was able to track the shipment to its destination and delivery was arranged as promised . No issues with the order whatsoever. I did purchase Warranty and hopefully, will not need to use it

I own a new company so my profit margins and small. So when it comes to ordering new equipment I need 2 things: 1 a great price 2 quality equipment. Thank you for delivering both.
