I just passed my ACE CPT exam thanks to the Fitness Mentors audio lectures. They not only explained things well but also highlighted what to focus on for the test and gave great insights for what is applicable during real life training.

Was lost in my studies before I found Fitness mentors. Definitely recommend the them to anyone struggle to grasp the various concepts throughout the course. Eddie does a fantastic job with the audio lectures, combined with his personal attention to your emails and concerns, he’s just as invest as you are.

To soon to tell, but so far very helpful. I have trouble understanding difficult concepts, just reading alone does not help me retain info. Lectures while also looking along in the text, makes It feel more like a class room environment. Do maybe wish it went in to the important chapters of the essentials book, otherwise helpful so far.
