Israel listened to my husband’s needs (as he has a physical handicap), made a bike recommendation and explained why he selected that bike. Israel answered our questions and also followed up with a plan for setup when the bike arrived. Great to have one person guide us through this process. Thank you, Israel.

The staff were very helpful and informative about helping me select the right equipment for my needs. I was able to get a demo recumbent stepper at a really good price. A pleasure dealing with Israel to complete the sale. Definitely worth checking out if in the market for exercise gear.

Israel was very helpful. Explaining everything I needed to know to make the purchase and what was going to happen and how I should handle it. Arriced on time and as expected. Good job and thanks

I called asking about some equipment that I have seen online and Israel started asking me questions about what I was actually looking for and hopefully to accomplish. It was the first time somebody actually took time to find out what my needs were. explained to him that I was only now seven months recovery journey from an incomplete spinal injury suffered in February 2025 I regained all motor control and needed to strengthen my legs to be able to get back up and walking. We talked about a couple different machines and not only did he start me in the right direction but made me one heck of a deal. I could be happier with my experience

Although I have not purchased a unit yet, Israel was a delight to do business with. He was VERY professional and knowlegable about the units and the application. When I am finally ready to pull the trigger, this is the ONLY place I will go for a unit of this caliber and quality.

I saw an add on-line & called the number. The sales person was knowledgable & helpful in making my decision. The process was smooth w/emails for receipts , delivery & any help that i might need. Even got text updates for my delivery . My equipment was delivered as promised
