Overall a very good program
Overall a very good program. Workouts are very good and nutrition/healthy living information very helpful. Customer support very good. Motivational emails not quite as helpful after phase 2 due to being repetitive reminders/checklists that are the same every week. Preferred the communication provided at the start of the program as it made you feel more accountable.
