This is a lot of information. It is very time consuming to read it all. I understand that you have broken it into daily read and that is a good thing. I haven't been on the program long but am not seeing results yet. I bought the protein shake and the supplements and my breakfast has been the shake.

I really like the program, but I was doing a two week trial and I wasn’t sure how to make a regular subscription or cancel. I got an email about a special deal and I wanted to do that instead. I wasn’t able to transition that. Still working on that. But I really like the program & the supplement.

Overall, the page was good. What confused me was the cost of the program showed 100's and 1,000's of dollars and I don't recall seeing the membership. I had to email Fit Mother to understand how it worked.

I loved the flavor but for some reason my eyes swelled up and it gave me diarrhea. I would have given 5 stars but i must be allergic to one of the ingredients. I would like to return it as I only used like 4 scoops

I dislike the website for someone who uses it only on their cell phone. There are a lot of extra steps that I have to take to get access to the programs. I know it sounds menial, but I have to double tap everything if I open up an extra window I have to start from the beginning an app would really make the program a lot more sustainable. Also, having workout videos on the app that people can follow along with not just instructions and a place where you could put in your weights that you used. There are other exercise apps out there that do this, and it would really be beneficial. Overall I really like the program. It seems complete to me and I love the YouTube videos and the podcast. It would just be nice to have an app form.

The plan was informative but not easy to navigate the program… Did not realize that there would be a 2nd & 3rd part to the program … In any event, thank you for putting this kind of plan with us in mind…best wishes to all future programs.

There has been a tremendous amount of letters of support from the program. There has been a lot of information provided but not about diet. The sales pitches are endless. I would like Macros given to try to fit within. There are guidelines, ½ of your plate vegetables, ¼ protein, ¼ grains and the guidance to stop eating at 80% full. I'm an overweight person. My judgement is suspect. I personally would like specific numbers. I have followed The Fit Mother Project on YouTube for years. I love the clear layout of exercises. Within the program, the same five exercises w about 100 reps each for 4 weeks, 3x a week it gets boring, I am building strength but a mix up of exercises could be given. (I am doing the home exercise routine) I would prefer more specifics on the diet and a rotation of the exercises and fewer letters. The next phase is coming up, meaning I'll have to buy the next phase. I'm on the fence. I don't know if more specifics are going to be given or not. The Facebook support is great.
