Fast shipping and product arrival. Disappointed the turbo installation kit wasn't included with the turbo for the price I bought it for. Other sites online included both the turbo w/install kit for less.

Viktor at First Truck Parts delivered truly outstanding customer service. We placed an online order for a part that appeared to be in stock, and the very next day Viktor proactively reached out to let us know that, unfortunately, it was not actually available on the shelf and had been discontinued indefinitely. Instead of leaving us at a dead end, he immediately took ownership of the situation and went above and beyond to find a solution. True to his word, Victor sourced the part from another location and had it secured within 24 hours. He kept us informed throughout the process, was incredibly responsive, professional, and courteous, and made what could have been a frustrating experience completely seamless. It's rare to find this level of dedication and follow-through these days. Victor's commitment to helping his customers is exceptional, and because of him, we'll gladly do business with First Truck Parts again. Highly recommend Viktor and the entire First Truck Parts team!

After being sent the wrong part by your company, I would not expect you to charge us a restocking and shipping fee. Your mistake= you should pay for it, NOT US. We ordered the same part from another company and were sent the right part. When I mentioned all this to the agent who was emailing me, he did not respond. This is horrible customer service.

When I ordered my pump you did not tell me you didn't have one in stock until 5 days later and that I had to wait for a third party to ship the pump to you then to me...I spent 1 1/2 hours waiting for a reply when I asked where was my pump before learning about the delay.

My part is used and the rep said unknowingly that it was new. . the part works and the company was kind enough to make it right so know I am satisfied. I would buy from them again>Andrew
