Paid air shipment & was shipped the wrong part ! when i phone in all i get is girls who have ne clue & just want to get me a return form. i want the correct part shipped preppd. & customs paid as well.

I have already ordered spare parts for my excavators several times, it comes quickly without problems, the prices are among the best.

Ordered the wrong part. The agent graciously sent a label and the item was returned for refund. They quickly sent me the right part afterwards. I plan on using them again in the future.

The website said they had one item left and 19 people had it in their cart... so I chatted with someone who said they had plenty. So I placed the order and the system said they were out... I told this to the chat person who said try again... I did and it worked. Shipping was right away and I got my item with no issues... but for the on-line system, I would have given them a five star!!!
