I currently have this home warranty, and I wish I didn't. Their customer service is awful, rude, and super unprofessional. Whenever I call to place a claim or follow up with the status of my claim, I'm usually on hold for an average of 25mins if they don't end up hanging up on me. The people that answer the phone yell at you if you don't understand what they say and they don't give helpful answers. Both contractors that came to fix some things at my house complained about this company and how hard they are to work with. They also said they will not be working with them again. As far as my claims, they never got solved and they offer to buy them out for an absurd amount. The tech was charging around $500 to get it fixed and they only offered me around $140. The second claim was about $300 and funny enough, they also thought the best option was to buy out the claim for the same price, around $140. These guys are scammers and should not be in business. Their good ratings and reviews are fake/bought and do not reflect what they actually represent and do. Go with any other company and it'll save you time, headache, stress, and money.

I would like to leave a screen shot of an email I got. They said I can get calls from them if I leave a positive review. That doesn't sound legal and I urge everyone to take each review with a grain of salt. Most of their reviews are probably fake
