I’m here to proclaim a solution to all those out there being stuck with the bill when First Premier bails on you. I’ve read other people having success so I tried this myself. Simply dispute with your credit card company these bogus charges of a fake warranty that they talk so sweet until they get notified of your first claim. I’ve read success and triumph over crime. This company should be closed down by the NYDA. They don’t pay claims. Be careful. They buy fake reviews exactly as Trustpilot has caught them red handed. Get your original premium refunded. File a written dispute today!

Have had the warranty aprox 1 year. Had 3 claims. They send a company out to give an estimate, but Never fixed anything. They offer you a fraction of what the estimate was and you have to find someone on your own to repair it. TOTAL RIPOFF!

Trash company. They string you along for days and then deny your claim, refuse to refund the service fee and refuses to offer a partial refund for canceling our plan early. AC broke. On our 4th day with 90+ temps. They strung us along for 4 days just to deny our claim. We’ve had many home warranties in the past cover similar issues and NEVER had this problem. Unless you want your money stolen and nothing fixed, stay away!

Omg the worst of the worst companies ever. Had them for 4 months put in 2 claims they never got done. The are ripoff artist, scam artist, thieves, crooks, should not be in bussiness. How can a company get away treating people like the way they do. I'd like to meet them in person.

They are a bunch of scammers they come off like they save you a lot of money because of the low deductible they use second rate companies to come out and give you an estimate. They use every trick in the book to give you no service stay away you can never get a hold of them, and they look at every reason not to be helpful scammers stay away
