Great company

Great company and the process was smooth and easy

refused to pay me my 200.00 for my ac repair. i paid 446.78 for a service and i never received any service from this company. they keep all my money and refused to pay out anything on my ac repair that i paid 268.00 out of pocket for. i sent this company over 200 emails asking for my money. i was told more than once that my check was being sent but it never came. they gave me a fake form to sign in october called a cash in lieu of repair form saying that if i signed it i would get my money. never sent my check. december 28 i was told my check was being processed and ready to be sent out and it never came. i was told in february that my check would come in 7 to 14 days but it never came. i was told in march that my check was being sent out but again it never came. be aware of hiring your own tech you may be like me and never get your refund.

The is one of the better warranty companies by far, this company is professional and they have true professionals working for them as well. I would definitely recommend First Premier home warranty!!
