Worst company, they are a scam. I purchased the warranty and called to put in a claim because my hot water tank needed to be replaced. The technician came to look at it but they never came back to do the work so I had to call another company. They do not pay their contractors.

Lack of assistance and poor customer service. We recently called them to confirm our contract covers water heater replacements to which they confirmed yes it does. Based on this information, we proceeded with requesting to schedule a technician to replace the water heater. We also explained that we had an elderly mother who is inconvenienced with non-functional water heater in NYC cold weather. Several days after the technician provided photos to First Premier and submitted the claim to replace, we were informed by the technician that the claim was denied (no reason provided). We emailed First Premier requesting an update on the claim and never received a response. When we called to inquire, the representative was rude and kept us on a never ending hold.

First Premier, you guys are my guardian angels! My water heater broke down in the middle of the night, and within 24 hours after I called it in, a technician was at my door. Prompt, professional, and affordable - I couldn't ask for more.
