I have been a repeat customer at FirstMFG for a few years. I have purchased several leather vests for myself and my wife, a few leather belts and a leather jacket. All the orders have always been delivered without any issues and in a very timely manner. I recently order a mesh moto vest. It was my fault as I didnt read the reviews that mentioned to size up. For the first time, I had to exchange an item. I contacted Sam and he got the ball rolling. In the couple days of mailing out the wrong sized vest and ordering the right size, the ongoing sale changed from 60% off to 50% off. When I questioned about this, Sam did things right by me by adding a pair of riding gloves to my order at no cost to me and also covered the shipping cost to ship the correct size out. I have always recommended First Manufacturing to anyone looking for quality leather vests, jackets and belts just based on the quality of the product. But now I have a first hand experience of how well they treat their customers. Great job Sam and thank you again

I called regarding an order and was told that the item was actually out of stock. I worked with Emma Wilson from customer service for a quick solution. We transfered my order over to a different jacket that was in stock so I wouldn't have to wait for the 4-6 week lead times.

1st off... great images. Great clarity. Main reason for initiating 1st invoice. 2nd...... Style. 3rd..... communication. Top Notch. I talked with Shawn. Shawn seems like he knows how to perform his function at a very high level. I could most definitely break bread with someone who treats business with some sense of dignity... Absolutely loved my vest, After trying a few different companies and ordering the Timber vest from First MNFG i can tell you it was the beat fitting vest ive gotten in a long time, didnt ride up my body as youre going down the highway the leather is super high quality the pockets are durable and designed for exactly what you need to carry, betst part is the liner comes off if youre looking to get anything patched on it makes it easy work. Overall 10/10 vest I wouldnt order another vest from any different company again.

I’ve been riding motorcycles for over 25 years, and I’ve tried my share of leather vests. I recently tried the perforated leather vest, and it’s honestly the best vest I’ve owned for hot days. The perforated leather provides great airflow while still feeling high quality and durable. The craftsmanship and overall quality are amazing. I really love this vest and highly recommend it to any biker looking for comfort, style, and quality!

Customer service, by Sam, was excellent. I ordered what turned out to be the wrong size vest for me. I initiated an exchange for the correct size, and Sam took it from there. He emailed me the return shipping label and I sent it out the next day. Although I told Sam I would gladly cover any difference in the cost of a larger vest, Sam informed me that he had gotten that waived and had shipped out the replacement vest. It arrived a few days later, and fit perfectly.
