Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We're glad to hear you loved the fit and quality of your first vest, but we're truly sorry about the scuff and the sizing issue with your second order. We understand how frustrating that must have been. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to make things right, and we'll continue working to improve both our quality control and shipping experience. Thank you for your support, and we hope to serve you even better in the future.
