In my opinion, if you place an order and get it in a short time is a company worth buying from. The description of the product is accurate and reliable. Mostly, I am very happy with the purchase.

1This was the worst experience with this company. I've bought many items from them before and this last transaction was horrible. I ordered a custom vest and called within the time frame to cancel due to the time frame being way too long! They told me they were going to send the request to the manufacture to cancel before production started. Well that didn't happen! They proceeded with the order instead. I called a second time and said they were going to cancel it, but didn't. Third, fourth, and fifth time calling, customer service didn't want to help my situation and said they are going to expedite my order to get it quicker. Which it didn't. And the vest they sent was the wrong one! After the sixth call with horrible customer service they said my vest was finally on its way. They lost a customer. The vest isn't quality either.

We sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience you had with this order. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, especially to a returning customer. We understand your concerns regarding the cancellation, communication, and the item you received. We have already reached out to you directly to try to address the situation and find a resolution, but unfortunately, we have not received a response. We would still appreciate the opportunity to make things right. Please feel free to contact us directly so we can look into the matter and assist you further.

First Man. has never let me down on either quality of the biker jackets, shirts and other stuff I've bought. The price I've paid in Canadian dollars ( yeah, canuck here ), no one can beat. Great company. Can't stop yapping about them...

My Wife and i were involved in a crash at approximately 80 mph, and the impact was severe enough that the First MFG vests we were wearing were essentially destroyed. However, despite the damage to the vests and the violence of the crash, the areas of our shoulders and backs that were covered by the vests were completely unharmed. We experienced road rash in areas that were not protected, but the skin underneath the vests was remarkably untouched. Seeing the condition of the vests afterward really drove home just how much protection they provided. The vests took the abuse instead of our skin. I'm sure motorcycle gear is tested and evaluated in controlled conditions, but seeing firsthand what your gear did during an actual 80 mph crash was incredibly impressive. The vests may be destroyed, but they did exactly what we needed them to do when it mattered most. I wanted to take the time to tell you because there's a real story behind the damage to those vests: they helped prevent significantly more road rash and injury to our shoulders and backs. We're extremely grateful we were wearing them. Thank you for making gear that can stand between a rider and the pavement when it really counts.

Thank you so much for sharing your story with us. We’re incredibly grateful to hear that you and your wife were protected when it mattered most. Knowing our vests took the impact and helped protect your skin is deeply meaningful to our entire team. We’re truly thankful you were wearing First MFG gear, and most importantly, that you both made it through. Ride safe, and thank you for trusting us!

I have several jackets and other items from First MFG. The jackets are incredibly well made and have endured me putting them through harsh riding conditions (rain, humidity, extreme desert sun and heat) and have held up flawlessly, both the leather, the inner linings, and zippers. They come with pockets for armor, as well as internal pockets for valuables. I wear my riding jackets both on and off the bike because I love them SO much!

We truly appreciate your continued support and are glad to have you as part of the First MFG family!

I bought a new jacket from theses guys, not expecting very much at all. It was on sale for 119.00 how good could it be? I got my jacket and it was heavy duty leather new leather smell and all. Unfortunately it was a bit to small. They hooked me up with instructions on how to exchange it. They sent out its replacement as soon as they got a tracking number. Very positive experience. 👍

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re glad the jacket exceeded your expectations, especially when it came to the quality and weight of the leather. We’re sorry the first size didn’t work out, but we’re happy our exchange process helped get the right fit to you quickly. We truly appreciate your support and the kind words!

I had a terrible fading/miss-coloring issue with a Low Side canvas vest. After getting hold of Sam through the customer care line, he insured me he would look into the issue. He kept his word and my issue was resolved. I’m happy to say FirstMFG stood behind their product and my issue was resolved. Thank you again FirstMFC.

I ordered a vest in two sizes with overnight shipping. Product arrived and one of the sizes was wrong. I called and talked to Sam. He went above and beyond to make sure the correct size was shipped to me next day. Great customer service. He de-escalated the situation with calm, as I probably wasn’t as calm as I’d like to have been. Many thanks to Sam. This wasn’t my first purchase, nor my last.
