This bank is terrible, if I could give it zero stars, I would in the last year alone, i've had to get a replacement card seven different times. Not even a month ago a bank teller had a typo on accident and took a hundred and sixteen thousand dollars out of my account overdrafted me a hundred and sixteen thousand dollars.

I went to first interstate bank today in Great falls Montana. My bank wrote me out a check. Because I took out a large amount ofmoney out of my account. My bank didn't have enough today. to give me all the money. So they made a check out for the rest of it.said i can take it to first interstate bank. That they should be able to give me cash. The manager gave her card. So that first interstate bank can call them to verify that i have the money. I had to wait for over a half hour. First interstate bank told me that they wouldn't cash the check that came from my Bank. Because I didn't have a account at first interstate bank. First interstate bank wasn't very friendly. I wouldn't recommend doing business with first interstate bank. GREAT FALLS MONTANA NW SIDE

I was charged $600 in fees because I transferred money from my savings to my checking account too many times. When I asked why I was being charged just for accessing my own money, I didn't get a good explanation. It doesn't make sense to me. I'd rather have full control over my own money than pay $600 in fees simply because I moved my own funds from savings to checking too often. Then i was questioned by the teller why i was removing my money lol um i just told you. Like i was in some trouble.

Absolutely horrible bank. Terrible costumer service and ridiculously long holds on deposits, rude management and responsible for financial damages to their clients. DO NOT BANK HERE...

They kept charging us fees for checking, so we changed to a bank that had free checking. We went in today to get change for a $50, but they wouldn't break a $50 because we didn't have an account with them. They are absolutely horrible!

World worst bank for travelers Third time, third trip, same screw up After calling the bank, providing detailed information on countries we plan to visit, with dates, our card was refused at three ATMs overseas. Then I had to call fraud prevention, FROM THAILAND, and provide the exact same information I provided earlier, once again. They are not ready to act like a real bank with services and should stick to deal with the local population in Montana or wherever

DO NOT take this card overseas!!! Ours failed day 1!! After a week they were still “working” on the problem. If I didn’t have another card, we would have been totally screwed!
